We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor / Estimate EngineerDubai, UAE | PRIME Renovations and Technical Services

PRIME Renovations and Technical Services is looking for an experienced QS/Estimate Engineer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial renovation and fit-out projects across Dubai, and we need someone who can accurately price, plan, and support our projects from tender to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for renovation and fit-out projects
• Conduct take-offs from drawings and scopes of work
• Source and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Support project managers with budgeting, cost tracking, and variation orders
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on pricing and scope clarifications
• Ensure estimates align with project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in QS/estimation, ideally in fit-out or renovation projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractor networks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• UAE experience required; residence visa status a plus

Preferred:

• Master Plumber certification is an advantage

Salary: Starting from AED 6,000/month, depending on qualifications and experience
