Growth Execution Manager

Location: London

Who are we?

Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. Together, we have pushed the boundaries of insurance. We are united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset, and our strength lies in our ability to collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 24,000 employees spanning over 56 countries.

People join Howden for many different reasons, but they stay for the same one: our culture. It’s what sets us apart, and the reason our employees have been turning down headhunters for years. Whatever your priorities – work / life balance, career progression, sustainability, volunteering – you’ll find like-minded people driving change at Howden.

The Role

At Howden, we're on an exciting journey to accelerate growth across our largest and most strategically important clients globally. At the centre of this sits the Multinational Clients Practice (MCP), a globally connected team that helps multinational organisations navigate complex risk challenges and access the full breadth of Howden's expertise and network.

MCP plays a critical role in connecting clients to specialist capabilities, coordinating global relationships and creating growth opportunities across products, geographies and industries. To support its next phase of growth, MCP is executing an ambitious strategy focused on client engagement, cross-practice collaboration, operational excellence and sustainable revenue growth.

As Growth Execution Manager (GEM) for MCP, you will help turn strategy into action. Working across MCP's growth agenda, you will lead and support initiatives that improve commercial performance, strengthen collaboration and enhance the client experience. This will include projects spanning growth planning, business performance, cross-selling, network engagement and operating model enhancement.

Working closely with colleagues across the Howden One Network and wider business, you will help bring together expertise from different regions and practices to unlock opportunities for clients and Howden. Reporting to the Head of Growth Execution, MCP, you will be embedded within the MCP team and form part of a wider GEM community across Howden. If you are a proactive, results-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges and driving meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
