About dss+

At dss+, you don’t just deliver projects – you help save lives, improve performance, and build a more sustainable future.

We are a purpose-led global consultancy partnering with organisations in high-risk and asset-intensive industries to solve complex operational challenges across safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.

With our DuPont industrial operations heritage and expertise across operational risk management, operational excellence, sustainability, learning & development, data analytics and digital technology, we bring together integrated capabilities to help clients transform their operations and realise their business goals.

Why This Role

Process safety sits at the heart of our purpose – helping organisations protect their people, assets, operations and the environment while building more resilient and sustainable businesses.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager specialising in Process Safety Management (PSM), you will work with clients to identify, design and implement practical solutions to complex process safety and operational risk challenges.

Working from the boardroom to the shop floor, you will help clients move beyond compliance towards stronger risk management, leadership and organisational capability – embedding improvements that deliver sustainable process safety performance.

At Manager level, you will take greater ownership for client relationships, project leadership and the development of our teams, while contributing to account development and future opportunities.

Process Safety & Operational Risk

High-hazard industries operate in environments where failures in process safety can have significant consequences for people, assets, communities and business performance.

At dss+, we help organisations strengthen Process Safety Management and Operational Risk Management by addressing the combination of systems, processes, technology, governance, leadership, capabilities and behaviours required to manage risk effectively.

Our approach combines deep technical expertise with transformation and implementation capability, helping clients embed stronger ways of working and build the organisational capability required to sustain performance.

Your Impact at dss+

You will lead and contribute to PSM and Operational Risk transformation programmes, working closely with senior executives, operational leaders and frontline teams to understand risk, strengthen management systems and build sustainable organisational capability.

You will combine your technical process safety expertise with strong consulting and problem-solving skills to develop solutions appropriate to each client's operating environment, culture and business priorities.
