They are seeking a Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist to provide outstanding client experiences and participate in shop duties. Responsibilities: - Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on our clients using the drybar Anatomy of a Blowout - Provide an over-the-top client experience - Sell products, tools, and memberships - Participate in Shop duties - Stylist side work includes activities laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning Required Qualifications: - Cosmetology license - A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals - Strong communication skills - Ability to work with and be a part of a team - Ability to take and implement feedback - Must be able to work Saturdays Required Skills: Cosmetology license, Blowout hairstyling, Sales skills, take, implement feedback Benefits: Paid blowout, braid, and updo training, Opportunities to grow through management and education career paths, Health Insurance for Full time employees
