Summary: Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focused on providing exceptional blowout services. They are seeking a Bartender who will manage the client experience, ensuring a fun and high-energy atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: - Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld and every visit feels seamless, elevated, and memorable - Actively engage with clients throughout their visit - creating connection, conversation and an experience that goes beyond just the blowout - Set the tone for a fun, positive, and high-energy shop atmosphere — think of it as hosting a party, every single day - Manage reservations and client profiles, troubleshoot booking issues, and optimize the schedule to support both the client experience and business needs - Support stylists throughout the day by assisting with tools, maintaining flow, and helping ensure the shop runs efficiently behind the scenes - Keep the shop looking fresh through daily side work, including dusting, sweeping, restocking product shelves, inventory support, and maintaining clean tools, dishes, and glassware Required Qualifications: - Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace - Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills - Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service! - Ability to multitask with ease - Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts - Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system - Problem solver - uses logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk - Maintains professional demeanor under pressure - Must have weekend availability Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems strongly preferred - Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required Required Skills: Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems, Salon/Spa Experience, Customer Service, Multitasking Benefits: Paid and ongoing training, Flexible schedules, Free Blowouts, Generous discounts on retail products and tools, Flexible dress code black, white, grey, yellow and denim, An upbeat, positive, fun, family-feel shop culture
