Summary: Drybar is a blow dry-only hair salon focused on providing exceptional blowouts. They are seeking retail sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a fun, inclusive team environment. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients - Assist with membership and product sales - Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure Required Qualifications: - 1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position) - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace - Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service! - Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts - Required to work Thursday-Sunday Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred - Social Media experience a plus - Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required Required Skills: Point of Sale Systems, Social Media, Customer Service Benefits: Paid Training, Benefit's (Dental, Vision), Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $15-$30 per hour depending on performance, Membership & product sales commission, Flexible Hours, Discounts on all retail products, Ongoing training, Fun team based environment
