Job Description
Summary: Drata is a high-growth SaaS company focused on helping organizations build trust with their users and partners. They are seeking an Associate Partner Development Manager to manage and onboard inbound channel partner leads, build relationships, and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to inbound partner inquiries, qualifying and nurturing potential partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to support new business opportunities and pipeline generation
- Provide partner enablement materials, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure partners are successfully onboarded, positioned to sell Drata, and able to identify new customer opportunities
- Support partners in highlighting use cases and competitive differentiation
- Leading discussions and articulating Drata’s value proposition in partner conversations with resellers, MSSPs, and referral partners
- Stay organized while managing outreach activities, follow-ups, and partner communication
- Embrace change with a proactive mindset while remaining adaptable, curious, and eager to learn
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related customer-facing role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interest in learning new concepts, technologies, and personas, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new information
- Self-motivated and accountable, with pride in your work and results
- Resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
