The role involves collaborating with engineers to support project development lifecycle phases, focusing on quality management and testing processes. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhancement engineering solutions for challenging problems - Implement, test, perform analysis, and provide documentation support - Generate and present test reports including plots, tables, evaluation criteria, and conclusions from data collected and analyzed throughout the test process - Complete assignments designed to develop a practical knowledge of processes, procedures, equipment, facilities, and systems as well as their interrelationships within engineering disciplines - Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in an accredited full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program required - Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited Science, Technology, or Engineering curriculum - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently or in a team environment - Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments, risks, and vulnerabilities - Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Self-directed learner with a clearly exceptional academic record - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Ability to work as part of a team - Strong desire for learning and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with software development and testing (C, C#, Python) - Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills; ability to debug and resolve technical problems - Experience with Power BI - Interest and familiarity with creating systems to support data analysis - Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence - Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies e.g. lessons learned, root cause analysis & corrective action - US Citizen Required Skills: Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 2015, Software Development, Software Testing, C, C#, Python, Power BI, Data Analysis Systems, Atlassian Tools, JIRA, Confluence, Quality Assurance Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, Self-directed Learning Benefits: Workplace flexibility, Employee clubs ranging from photography to yoga, Health and finance workshops, Off site social events, Discounts to local museums and cultural activities
