• Use content performance, recruiting outcomes, AI, and emerging search trends to inform decisions, improve how we create and distribute content, and reach candidates at key moments in their journey.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 7 years of experience in content marketing, employer brand, or a related field, including at least 3 years of people leadership experience developing writers, content marketers, or creative talent.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates compelling storytelling across audiences and formats.
• A player-coach mindset, with the ability to set direction and empower others while staying close enough to the work to elevate it.
• Experience leading content across video, social media, graphics, digital campaigns, web, email, and long-form editorial for different markets and audiences.
• A data-informed approach to content, with experience connecting creative performance and audience insights to business and recruiting outcomes.
• Strong AI fluency, with experience using AI tools to enhance content development, audience insights, personalization, workflows, or discoverability while applying strong editorial judgment.
