As an Analyst I on the Casino Product Analytics team, you will transform data into insights that drive product strategy and business decisions, partnering with various teams to evaluate performance and guide product development. Responsibilities: - Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and business outcomes - Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and operational stakeholders to align on objectives, define success metrics, and measure performance - Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide product development - Analyze user lifecycle and product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization - Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, models, and reports that track key product and business metrics - Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for stakeholders across the organization - Proactively identify new opportunities to improve product performance and enhance the customer experience Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field - Experience working with SQL and Snowflake or a similar data platform - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar platforms - Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Required Skills: SQL, Data visualization, Statistics Important Skills: Data Science Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical skills Benefits: Bonus, Equity, Benefits
