Strategy and Operations Intern (MBA) at Doximity in San Francisco, CA

Summary: Doximity is a pioneer in digital innovation in healthcare, often referred to as ‘the LinkedIn for physicians.’ The Strategy and Operations Intern will evaluate product and market opportunities, conduct competitive intelligence, and identify operational efficiencies while presenting findings to company leadership. Responsibilities: - Evaluate future product & market opportunities for Doximity, including: market research, competitive landscape, partnership opportunities, monetization strategies, and more - Conduct competitive intelligence and design a strategy to address competition - Identify and address opportunities for increased operational efficiency across the business - Join partnership discussions and present findings to company leadership Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA degree - Willing to work in Doximity's San Francisco headquarters at least twice a week - Be enthusiastic about working through ambiguity - Creative problem solver; able to challenge traditional models and approaches and propose innovative solutions - Self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills - Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Prior work experience in the U.S. healthcare industry and/or tech industry - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Available to work full-time during the summer, 10-12 weeks - Candidate must not have already accepted a post-MBA full-time offer elsewhere Required Skills: MBA degree, Analytical skills, Market research Important Skills: Healthcare industry experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Multitasking, Cross-functional teamwork Benefits: Free lunch, snacks, and beverages in office, Social events and team building activities, Hands-on, ongoing mentorship, Rooftop game room, golf simulator, and deck with a beautiful view of the SF skyline
