About This Role
The Data Technician supports P&PS TS&D by enabling data-driven decision making and ensuring seamless team operations. This hybrid role combines business analytics, reporting, and performance tracking with administrative and coordination support to enhance team effectiveness and leadership readiness. This role supports a customer facing team in a high throughput lab.

Responsibilities
Business Reporting & Data Analytics
Develop and maintain reports tracking:
Customer performance metrics
Sales performance vs. plan
Product and project-level business impact
Consolidate and validate data across systems for consistent, accurate reporting
Analyze trends across customer performance, portfolio, and sales outcomes
Provide insights on gaps, risks, and growth opportunities vs. plan
Create dashboards and visualizations to simplify insights for teams and leadership
Ensure data integrity and standardization across reporting tools
Compile, organize, and prepare materials for leadership reviews (monthly/quarterly)
Team Operations & Administrative Support
Work closely with Sr. Admin Specialists on organizational projects, meetings and back up support to Packaging TS&D Admins
Direct Calendar Support for Senior TS&D Leader
Support meeting coordination for customers, key team and stakeholder reviews:
Agenda development
Data preparation and pre-read materials
Follow-up and action tracking
Conference room preparation including lunch coordination for on-site customer visits as needed.
Maintain standardized templates for reports, presentations, and metrics tracking
Assist in organizing and prioritizing team deliverables tied to business objectives
Digital Tools & Continuous Improvement
Leverage and expanding use of digital tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, reporting platforms)
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
Support continuous improvement in how data is collected, structured, and shared
Demonstrate curiosity and growth in analytics and digital capabilities
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
Previous data management experience is preferred.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, SAP, DSR, or similar tools preferred
Data Interpretation: Ability to organize, synthesize, and clearly present data
Communication: Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Organization: Strong coordination and planning capability (managing timelines, inputs, priorities)
Initiative: Self-starter with interest in learning digital tools and improving processes
Success Measures
Reporting Excellence: Timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting for TS&D and leadership
Performance Visibility: Improved visibility into customer performance and sales vs. plan
Operational Efficiency: Well-coordinated leadership reviews and reporting cycles
Process Improvement: Increased standardization and simplification of reporting processes
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback on analytics and operational support
