Job Description
Summary: Double Good is a leading fundraising app and technology company focused on redefining how youth organizations raise funds. They are seeking a People & Culture Intern for the summer to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects that support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build out a skills library in alignment with Double Good’s jobs and job architecture
- Utilize the skills library and job architecture to build career paths for teammates in Operations, Technology and Growth
- Conduct compensation benchmarking for all Double Good jobs
- Generate internal “stories” that drive engagement, alignment with our values, or showcase what makes Double Good a great place to work
- Partner with Internal Communications and Marketing to plan Double Good’s Summer Shindig
- Support efforts to ensure key company and teammate information and documents align with Double Good’s business continuity and retention strategy
- Contribute to other cross-functional projects as needed, gaining exposure across the business
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (expected graduation Spring 2027)
- Comfortable working with data and solving problems (bonus points if you've spent time in Excel)
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating and learning from others
- Organized and detail-oriented (you take pride in getting the little things right)
- Able to manage multiple projects and keep things moving forward
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited to roll up your sleeves
- Energized by fast-paced environments where things are always evolving
- Motivated to do meaningful work, contribute to something bigger, and maybe enjoy really great popcorn along the way
- Interns must be available to participate in the full 10-week program and commit to the start and end dates listed above
- This position requires current authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship, including support for F-1 Optional Practical Training (OPT), STEM OPT extensions, or other temporary work authorization programs
