HIRING For – CIVIL ENGINEER

We are looking for a qualified, dedicated, and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team!

Position: Civil Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 7 to 8 years of experience required
Location: 18-Km Ferozpur Road, Sofiabad Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion according to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site.
• Monitor the use of construction materials and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Check quantities of materials required for construction activities.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Verify site measurements and maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Ensure proper execution of concrete works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Monitor reinforcement fixing, formwork installation, and concrete pouring activities.
• Coordinate material testing, concrete sampling, and other quality control procedures.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, work progress logs, and relevant documentation.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, method statements, and project execution plans.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify potential construction delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of construction materials.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and technical matters.
• Coordinate with surveyors for setting out, leveling, and dimensional accuracy.
• Ensure that completed work meets the required quality standards before inspection and approval.
• Support project handover activities and maintain as-built drawings and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of relevant project management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
