About the Team

As part of this evolution, the High-Volume Hiring team is transforming from manual, recruiter-driven workflows to a more standardized, technology-enabled model.
Our goal is to build a streamlined hiring ecosystem that improves efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience—while supporting rapid business growth across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This transformation focuses on automation, process standardization, and smarter use of data.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will support the design and execution of high-volume hiring programs across North America. This role is focused on driving process improvements, implementing automation, and ensuring scalable hiring operations across DoorDash’s largest markets.
You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve hiring workflows, implement tools and systems, and support consistent execution across regions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance execution with process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Support the implementation and optimization of high-volume hiring processes across the US, Mexico, and Canada
Drive adoption of automated workflows and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Partner with recruiters and operations teams to streamline candidate progression from application to onboarding
Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve hiring speed and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Workforce Planning, HR, Legal, Marketing) to align hiring processes with business needs
Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Help standardize hiring practices across regions while accounting for local market differences
Contribute to ongoing process transformation initiatives within TA Ops
We’re excited about you because…
You have 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Process Improvement
You have experience supporting high-volume or operations-heavy environments
You are comfortable working with data and using metrics to inform decisions
You have experience improving processes or implementing tools and workflows
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Experience with automation tools, ATS systems, or workflow optimization is a plus
Experience working across North America (US, Mexico, Canada) or supporting regional operations is a plus
We expect this position to be filled by 7/5/26.
