Job Description
Summary: DLC Management Corp. is one of the nation's leading owners and operators of open-air retail shopping centers, known for its strong culture and entrepreneurial foundation. They are seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Legal Department with tasks such as monitoring corporate compliance, conducting legal research, and assisting with various legal filings.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and assisting with corporate compliance, including tracking and completing corporate entity filings
- Assisting with filing applications and tracking compliance for professional licenses
- Drafting default notices and other correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Processing invoices
- Providing other support to the Legal Department
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
