Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Dressing and toileting. Mobility and transfers. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Perform light housekeeping duties: Laundry. Cleaning. Organizing. Help with medication reminders (no administration unless authorized). Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if required). Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
