Technical Architect

Basic Requirements:

· Graduate of Architecture from a reputable university

· Belongs to the top 10 in BT and BU class

· Able to identify all basic Architectural and Structural elements in a building

· Minimum 2 years as Technical Architect / Site Architect / Site Inspector / Site Supervisor

· Expert level CAD drafting skills, able to strictly implement high quality drafting with proper line weights, line types and clear dimensioning.

· Excellent manual drafting, sketching, shop drawing skills

· Intermediate skill in Sketchup, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.

· Very high level interest in Architecture

· Preferably residing in Quezon City or neighboring areas for convenient access to the office and project sites.

Advance Skill Requirements:

· Able to translate and develop concept design into detailed construction drawings and produce other necessary documents.

· Strong technical specification writing skills with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

· Strong ability to identify and address drawing conflicts and site-related coordination issues.

· Coordinates with suppliers and contractors

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
