The detail: asbestos and talc litigation inside a national mass torts group. You run your own cases with real autonomy, and there's a team of experienced litigators behind you when a file turns nasty. 5 California offices if you ever want a desk, from Glendale down to San Diego.

Up to $215k, with a discretionary bonus on top. For the hours you choose.

What you'll be doing:

• Running your assigned asbestos and talc cases through discovery, depositions and motions
• Shaping case strategy with the wider mass torts team
• Working with junior attorneys, paralegals and support staff
• Travelling now and then for depositions, hearings and court

What you'll have:

• 3 to 5 years of toxic tort, talc or product liability litigation
• The organisation to work independently across teams and offices
• Admitted to the California Bar, in good standing
