Job Description
Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. In the Finance & Accounting Intern position, you’ll prepare monthly reporting packages, develop and analyze reports for strategic initiatives, and assist with Power BI migration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of monthly reporting packages for finance and business leadership
- Develop and analyze reports to support strategic initiatives, focusing on forecasting and forward-looking insights
- Support the migration to Power BI, utilizing existing frameworks and data models to automate Excel-based reporting
- Collaborate and assist in daily finance and accounting activities to support team members
- Present project outcomes and insights to the team and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, business analytics or related business field with a graduation date of 2026 or later
- Ability to work year-round including part time (15-25 hours) during the school year and full time (40 hours) during the summer
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced formulas and data analysis techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Previous experience in finance, quantitative business analysis, statistics, or analytics in other internships, extracurriculars, or hobbies
- Experience using Query languages and BI Platforms (SQL, Power BI, etc.)
