Summary: Direct Demo is seeking high-energy sales representatives to promote premium health brands inside Costco in Vallejo. The role involves engaging customers, driving product sales, and managing demo stations, with earnings based on performance. Responsibilities: - Engage Costco members and drive product sales - Demonstrate and promote premium wellness products - Educating customers on product benefits and features - Set up, manage, and break down your demo station - Always representing the brand professionally Required Qualifications: - Experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles (cars, gym memberships, retail upselling, promotion events—you name it) - Ability to confidently approach and engage with customers - Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (demo table + materials) - Ability to transport table and supplies to/from your vehicle - Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts - Complete and maintain food safety certification - Wear gloves and hairnets during food-related demos - Maintain a clean, professional appearance - No artificial nails or nail polish - No jewelry except for a plain wedding band - Flexible schedule based on availability - Weekend shifts strongly preferred for max earnings - Competitive and motivated by hitting goals and earning more - High-energy and outgoing personality Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual or multilingual Required Skills: Food Safety Certification, Bilingualism, Sales
