Summary: Diligent is an AI leader in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions. The Advisory Specialist delivers governance, audit, risk, and compliance solutions, leading work streams from discovery to go-live, while ensuring quality and timely outcomes for clients. Responsibilities: - Deliver end-to-end Professional Services across the customer journey and product enablement, ensuring quality and timely outcomes - Partner across the customer lifecycle with PS management, Customer Success, and stakeholders (e.g., Sales, PM, PMM, Marketing) to align on goals and execution - Leverage and continually deepen Domain/Industry/Product expertise to advise best practices for solution rollout and project execution - Lead implementation independently by understanding client program goals and data processes, configuring with Diligent methodology, and enabling users - Provide prescriptive guidance and training on product usage to drive adoption and outcomes, ensuring an excellent customer experience - Collaborate with Delivery Managers to triage and route new service requests appropriately while maintaining scope, schedule, and quality Required Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in internal or external client-facing or consulting roles - Embody a Customer First mindset, operating with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes and experiences - Maintain high quality and process discipline, with strong attention to detail and accuracy while following procedures with stakeholders and customers - Manage time effectively and multitask in fast-paced environments, collaborating as part of a team to deliver under tight timeframes and adapt to change - Proactively solve problems and embrace new challenges, communicating effectively through presentations and workshops and engaging customer personnel to resolve GRC requirements and goals - Passionate about GRC and have relevant professional accreditations planned, in progress, or obtained (e.g., CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CPA) Preferred Qualifications: - GRI Sustainability Reporting, ISB, or other relevant certifications - Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Security, MIS) - Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools is a plus; background with platform-based products/solutions Required Skills: Governance, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Regulatory Environments, GRC Governance, GRC Risk, GRC, GRC Compliance, Technical Design Documentation, Diligent One Platform Configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Client Enablement, Training, Customer-Facing Consulting, GRC Professional Certifications CIA, GRC Professional Certifications CISA, GRC Professional Certifications CRISC, GRC Professional Certifications CISSP, GRC Professional Certifications CPA, Multitasking, Customer First Mindset Benefits: Flexible work environment, Global days of service, Comprehensive health benefits, Meeting free days, Generous time off policy, Wellness programs
