Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote credit card products
• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate card offerings
• Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity metrics
• Capture and update accurate customer information in CRM systems
• Follow internal processes, compliance guidelines, and regulatory norms
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and fulfillment
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2 Hindi for Service & Tamil
• 1 Hindi for Sales are required. Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
• English (mandatory/preferred) and ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of banking or financial products preferred
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
