They are seeking a Quoting Specialist to prepare accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with pricing policies. Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements - Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions - Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards - Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes - Assist in improving quoting processes for better efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications: - Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory - 1–3 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support (preferably in telecom or BPO) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Required Skills: MS Office, G-Suite, CRM systems, ERP systems, Salesforce, SAP, Quoting software, Microsoft Excel
