Software Engineer/Business analyst (OBDX) at Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities *

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) modules in alignment with business and digital banking requirements.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams to design and deliver end-to-end digital banking solutions.
• Manage environment setup, release deployments, system upgrades, and production cutover activities across all project phases.
• Support integration of OBDX with core banking systems, payment platforms, middleware, authentication services, and third-party applications.
• Execute system validation, SIT/UAT support, defect management, data migration verification, and production readiness assessments.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and operational issues within defined SLAs.
• Monitor application health, interfaces, APIs, batch jobs, and system performance to ensure high availability and optimal customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Support change, release, and problem management processes, including deployment planning, risk assessment, rollback coordination, and post-implementation reviews.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support and manage other banking and enterprise applications as required, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational continuity across the application landscape.

Required Skills *

• Experience in implementing OBDX, integration with satellite systems using SOAP,REST, KAFKA.
• Experience in Kubernetes container
• HTML, JS, Java, Springboot, PL/SQL, CI/CD pipelines

Experience in customer facing website, specifically OBDX.

Experience in implementing OBDX solutions for Trade Finance business functions will be an added advantage.
