Graduate Sales Executive | Business… at DG Ventures · Mullingar

We are looking for hungry and ambitious business graduates who want more than a normal graduate job.

This is for people who want to learn how businesses really work, how companies grow, how sales drives everything, how operations scale, and how acquisitions create value.

We are scaling fast. 100 new hires across multiple brands, two new floors added to our Mullingar head office, and a brand new office in South Africa. The growth is real and the opportunity is now.

DG Ventures is building a group of companies across tourism, outsourcing, media, property, transport, AI, and private equity.

This is a Business Graduate Leadership Programme, not just a graduate job.

The long-term vision is simple: Start in the business. Learn fast. Perform. Lead people. Understand numbers. Help grow companies. Earn the opportunity to one day run one.

You may begin in a junior role across sales, business development, operations, marketing, AI implementation, or private equity support. But the goal is to develop people who can grow into:

• Sales Lead
• Business Development Manager
• Operations Manager
• Private Equity Analyst
• Portfolio Manager
• Integrator / COO
• Portfolio Company CEO

This is a rare opportunity for graduates who want exposure to real businesses, real numbers, real acquisitions, and real leadership responsibility early in their career.

We are not looking for people who just want a title. We are looking for people who want to build the skills to deserve one.

What You'll Learn:

• Sales and revenue growth
• Business operations
• Managing teams
• AI implementation
• Private equity and acquisitions
• Business improvement
• Financial reporting and KPIs
• Scaling companies
• Leadership development

We Want People Who Are:

• Ambitious
• Commercially minded
• Hard-working
• Coachable
• Curious
• Strong communicators
• Comfortable with pressure
• Hungry to learn
• Interested in business, sales, investing, AI, and leadership
• Fully fluent in English, written and spoken — this is an essential requirement for the role
• Able to reliably commute to our Mullingar office Monday to Friday, own transport or public transport both fine

You do not need to know everything yet. But you do need to be willing to learn fast, work hard, take ownership, and grow.

Why This Is Different

Most graduate jobs put you into a narrow role.

At DG Ventures, the right people can build a career across multiple companies and industries.

As the group grows and acquires more businesses, more leadership seats will open up. The people who perform, lead well, use AI, understand numbers, and execute properly will have the chance to move quickly.

This is not a guaranteed path to CEO. But it is a real pathway for the right person to build the skills, experience, and track record to one day run a company within the DG Ventures portfolio.

If you want a safe, slow, normal graduate job, this probably is not for you.

If you want to learn business from the inside, grow fast, and potentially build a life-changing career, we want to hear from you.

What's In It for You:

• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
• Real career progression across multiple companies and industries
• Regular personal and professional development training
• Hybrid working available after an initial onboarding period, full details discussed at interview stage
• Travel opportunities for top performers to destinations including Dubai, Cape Town, and Asia

Hit apply now and our recruitment team will be in touch within 72 hours.
