Role Overview

As a Tech Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-technology programs, aligning client objectives with technical execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor technical leads, and ensure that delivery meets quality, timeline, budget, and client outcome expectations. You will work closely with product, engineering, and clients to drive operational excellence, innovation, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs across multiple domains and tech stacks.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, including successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure revenue realization by delivering programs within scope, budget, and commercial agreements.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Translate expected client outcomes into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Drive regular status reporting, executive dashboards, and client alignment sessions.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead, mentor, and coach senior engineers and delivery leads to foster technical ownership and accountability.
• Build high-performing cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate career growth and skill development for team members.

Process & Operational Excellence

• Implement Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices, ensuring consistency across teams.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and frameworks to increase efficiency and predictability.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and workload distribution.
• Drive adoption of best practices in architecture, code quality, and technical operations.

Technology & Innovation Oversight

• Maintain a tech-agnostic perspective, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure teams follow robust architectural guidelines while remaining flexible to adopt innovative solutions.
• Facilitate technology decisions and trade-offs in collaboration with architects and engineering leads.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and external partners involved in program delivery.
• Ensure contracts, SLAs, and deliverables are aligned with project requirements.

Key Requirements

• 13–18 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in program/delivery management roles.
• Strong technical foundation with experience across frontend, backend, cloud, data, DevOps, and enterprise systems.
• Proven track record in managing multi-team, multi-technology, tight-budget programs.
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in distributed or global teams is a plus.
• Tech-agnostic mindset: ability to understand, evaluate, and deliver solutions across diverse technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
