Job Description
Summary: Dewberry is a leading professional services firm seeking an Interior Design Intern for Summer 2026 at their Peoria, IL office. The intern will work under supervision, performing design tasks, and gaining hands-on experience in project work, while developing technical skills and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Works under close supervision of the Project Architect/Manager
- Receives specific and detailed instructions regarding tasks
- Performs work efforts in a timely and complete manner
- Takes the initiative to either work out or research a work effort
- Has skills in performing renderings and other design type functions
Required Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing an Interior Design Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited university
- Candidate should have experience in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Digital and traditional rendering abilities and graphic experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably LEED AP and knowledge of sustainable design principles
