Job Description
Summary: Dewberry is a leading, market-facing professional services firm seeking a motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Intern for Summer 2026. The intern will assist the finance department with a wide range of duties including preparing and analyzing data, and learning about accounting and finance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Prepares and reviews monthly payments for rent for multiple locations
- Prepares and tracks property tax fillings and payments
- Assists with data entry
- Assists with preparation of various reports
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
- Strong work ethic, task-oriented, reliable
