Job Description
Summary: Deutsche Börse Group is an innovative company in the financial services sector, and they are seeking an intern for their Sales Operations team. The role involves generating sales reports, analyzing product performance, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports, providing insights to the sales team
- Analyze and evaluate product performance
- Track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure data quality
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and strategic initiatives
- Act as a central support contact for the sales team, assisting with administrative tasks
- Process sales leads, compile lead lists, and delegate them to the appropriate sales team members
- Support on organization of sales events
Required Qualifications:
- You are enrolled at a state-recognized US-university during the entire internship period (study focus in economics, business, finance, or related fields)
- You have a strong interest in financial markets and derivatives trading
- You bring a high affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills as well as a cooperative mindset and ability to integrate quickly into a team
- You already have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have gained some practical experience (e.g., as a working student) in finance or data analysis
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), programming skills (Python, SQL, VBA) are a plus
