What You’ll Be Doing
- Own features end‑to‑end—from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support
- Build high‑quality, resilient software with a strong focus on stability and performance
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous delivery practices
- Review peer code (including AI‑generated solutions) with a critical eye for quality, security, and compliance
- Use AI‑assisted development tools responsibly, sharing learnings and prompt strategies with the team
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and fellow engineers to deliver well‑architected solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects in a 24/7 environment
- Support and mentor junior developers, helping foster curiosity, learning, and craft pride
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in software development
- Solid experience with at least one primary programming language and modern frameworks
- Working knowledge of Git, RESTful APIs, relational databases, and testing practices
- Exposure to CI/CD, agile delivery, and automated testing tools
- A growing understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud fundamentals
- Awareness of secure coding practices and regulatory/compliance considerations
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
