What You'll Do

• Guide patients through recommended treatment plans with compassion and professionalism
• Explain treatment options and financial arrangements in a clear, supportive manner
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with coverage questions
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver outstanding care
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every patient

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 1 year of front office experience, preferably in a dental practice
• Experience using dental software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans and benefits
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and a passion for patient care

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
