Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Build and enhance automated testing frameworks using modern tools and best practices.
- Develop automation utilities, scripts, and internal tools that improve engineering productivity.
- Create and maintain end-to-end, API, integration, and regression test automation suites.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, to improve development efficiency and automation coverage.
- Collaborate with engineering team to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and workflows that provide visibility into quality and delivery metrics.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation frameworks and deployment pipelines.
- Promote automation-first and AI-first engineering practices across the organization.
