Senior Consultant at Deloitte US-India Offices in Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Conduct financial analysis of real estate transactions, including property valuations using DCF models.
• Prepare detailed reports on lease abstracts, highlighting key terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions for their real estate needs.
• Develop expertise in specific geographic regions or industries to offer specialized advice.

Job Requirements :
• 3-8 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of DCF modeling techniques for property valuation.
• Proficiency in lease abstraction software tools (e.g. Lease Abstraction Toolkit).
• Experience working with commercial real estate properties, preferably in the United States.
