Job Description
- Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations at the assigned delivery center.
- Monitor shipment allocation, dispatch, delivery, and closure activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to customers.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate delivery executives/riders and monitor their productivity.
- Track daily operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, productivity, pending shipments, and closure percentage.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery-related issues.
- Monitor attendance, manpower availability, and daily workforce requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and delivery operations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
