Faculty of Computer Science

Teaching and Learning Support

• Transfer knowledge in the form of practical skills, programming concepts, tools, and techniques to students.
• Identify students learning needs and define appropriate learning objectives.
• Design and develop teaching materials and deliver lectures across assigned modules or subject areas.
• Ensure that course content, teaching methods, and learning materials align with defined learning objectives.
• Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning through discussions, projects, and case studies.
• Provide students with regular assessments, timely evaluations, and clear feedback on academic performance.
• Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, internal assessments, grades, and student progress.
• Supervise student projects, lab work, and assignments; guide students in academic and technical challenges.
• Select appropriate assessment tools and criteria to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously improve teaching effectiveness by reflecting on instructional methods and incorporating student feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, syllabus development, and enhancement of academic programs.
• Support and promote the institution’s mission of academic excellence through quality teaching and curriculum innovation.
• Collaborate with the department head and faculty members to review, update, and develop course content.

Essential Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals such as Programming, Data Structures, Databases, Operating Systems, and Networking.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools, software, and educational technologies.
• Ability to guide students in practical labs, projects, and industry-oriented learning.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc./BCA/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline.

• Pay: 25,000 – 35,000 per month
