Summary: Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) is one of the nation’s largest floral distribution companies, delivering premium fresh flowers and floral supplies. The Botanical Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing botanical orders for shipment while maintaining the quality of the plant inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or paper pick tickets
- Pack botanical and floral products to ensure they are shipment-ready
- Perform basic plant maintenance to maintain product quality
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards throughout each shift
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping goals
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a warm to hot warehouse and greenhouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and reaching throughout the shift
- Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus but not required
