Unit Description

Responsibilities
- Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines
- Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
- Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed, and adhering to all health and sanitation standards
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine
- Know about basic cooking and food preparation techniques
- Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs, as well as reach up to 7 feet
- Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the shift
