Overview:
Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of website development projects.

- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot website tracking using tag management systems (Google Tag Manage)
- Configure and support analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
- Design and maintain data layer specifications to support consistent, scalable event tracking
- Implement and QA marketing and advertising tags (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed)
- Validate tracking across environments (development, staging, production)
- Configure and manage cross-domain and cross-platform tracking to ensure accurate user journey attribution across websites, checkout flows, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment providers, booking engines)
- 3+ years of hands on experience in digital marketing tracking, analytics engineering
- Strong experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager preferred)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or another enterprise level analytics platform
- Experience implementing or supporting consent management platforms
- Practical understanding of how privacy regulations impact marketing and analytics tracking
- Working knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, website data layers, browser developer tools
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
