Job Description
Summary: Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider, is seeking a Project Coordinator to work remotely supporting a global technology client. The role involves managing project data, supporting internal communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support communication across internal teams and stakeholders to help ensure alignment and information flow
- Accurately enter and maintain project and booking data within internal systems such as Power Apps to support data integrity and reporting
- Assist with tracking bookings throughout the quarter and preparing basic summaries or reports for internal use
- Support sales teams with timely and accurate entry of booking-related data, including tagging and documentation updates
- Assist with coordination of the legal engagement process, including case setup, document tracking, and follow-ups to support completion of required approvals and signatures
- Organize and maintain project documentation such as receipts, sales collateral, and proof of completion
- Support updates to process documentation and assist in maintaining organized records for ongoing improvements
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the business development team as needed
- Assist with tracking deal progress through internal systems, including order coordination and shipment status updates
- Support preparation of materials for internal meetings by gathering inputs such as bill of materials and supporting documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data entry, tracking tasks, and structured processes
- Strong communicator who can follow up with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working within defined processes
- Basic proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Ability to learn and navigate internal systems such as Power Apps
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or exposure to business, operations, or sales support environments is a plus but not required
