They are hiring Associate Consultants to join their growing delivery team, where the role involves working directly with clients to design and test technical solutions while delivering meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities: - Deliver technology solutions across industries including Manufacturing & Distribution, Public Sector, Healthcare, and more - Work with clients to understand their current data landscape and align to their future-state strategy - Design, code, and test custom data solutions using SQL, Python, and Definian’s proprietary software, Applaud, using AI accelerators - Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Contribute to requirement gathering sessions and document solutions with precision - Support implementation of enterprise systems (Oracle, Workday, etc.) and learn their data models - Build consulting skills including client interaction, problem-solving, and ownership of deliverables Required Qualifications: - BS/BA degree - Strong SQL skills (required) - Basic experience with a programing or scripting language - 1+ years working directly with structured data (through coursework, internships, or experience) - Strong attention to detail - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to systematically analyze, parse, and solve complex technical and operational challenges - An inquisitive nature and desire to learn - A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work - A strong sense of ethics - Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) - A collaborative, client-first attitude with ownership of results - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Python (preferred) - Familiarity with additional scripting or data tools (PowerShell, VBA, Excel, etc.) is a plus Required Skills: SQL, Python, Programming, scripting languages, Data analysis, Enterprise applications Oracle, Enterprise applications Workday, Client collaboration, Ethics Benefits: Highly competitive compensation with annual bonus incentive, 401K plan with company match, Company paid individual health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage, Four weeks of paid time off, Ten company paid holidays, Employee referral bonuses
