The Role:
As the Sr. Manager, Retail Operations, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all HOKA and UGG retail store operations across EMEA. You’ll drive operational excellence, support new store openings, lead a high-performing team, and champion innovative retail projects. This hybrid role is based in London and is perfect for a dynamic leader ready to make a significant impact across multiple countries and brands.
Your Impact:
Deliver daily operational support to all EMEA retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Utilize KPI data to drive operational centres of excellence across all EMEA stores
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal support departments to align on annual strategy
Support and deliver new store opening programs from construction handover to grand opening
Manage external supplier relationships and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement
Lead and deliver global and EMEA retail projects, including training and process enhancements
Identify and propose improvements to the retail operating model to drive efficiencies
Lead, manage, and develop the Retail Operations EMEA team, ensuring alignment with retail strategy
Oversee workload planning and delivery for the team
Manage the Training and Communications retail strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring excellence in communications

Senior manager with extensive experience in multi-site, multi-country retail operations roles, ideally within EMEA
Strong strategic, financial, and leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering results
Skilled in project management, people leadership, and senior stakeholder management
Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of retail technology and operational excellence
