Job Title: Sr Manager, Costing - HOKA Apparel & Accessories
Reports to: Director, Costing
Location: Portland, OR - Hybrid
Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday
The Role
As Sr. Manager, Costing for Apparel & Accessories, you’ll lead brand-specific costing activities, oversee team performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop long-term costing strategies that support margin improvement and corporate growth objectives. You’ll be a key partner in driving innovation, streamlining processes, and mentoring a talented team.

Your Impact
- Manage the costing process in the US, leading reviews with product teams at key seasonal milestones
- Leverage costing expertise to proactively identify solutions for margin-challenged styles
- Collaborate with Product & Design teams to ensure seasonal targets are achieved
- Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Sourcing, Planning, and Asia Costing to align shared strategies
- Lead efforts to mitigate inflation across logistics, materials, and production costs
- Anticipate risks, identify issues, and present actionable solutions to business partners
- Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, setting clear goals and driving results
- Train and manage Costing Managers and junior team members, supporting their growth and development
- Streamline the product costing cycle through process improvements and develop analytical tools to standardize processes
- Enhance systems and processes to improve costing performance and meet business needs
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years of strategic apparel/accessories costing experience
- Expert knowledge of cost management and product cost drivers
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and lead change
- Demonstrated leadership experience supporting large-scale brands
- 3+ years management experience, including hiring, training, and onboarding team members
- Ability to identify development opportunities and support growth plans for direct reports
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems, FlexPLM or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and deep product costing expertise
