We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven and experienced Debt Review Sales Agent to join our growing team

The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of the debt review industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful debt review applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into successful debt review applications.
• Conduct professional debt review consultations with consumers.
• Explain the debt review process, benefits, requirements and obligations clearly.
• Accurately capture and manage client applications using iDOCS.
• Collect all required client documentation and ensure applications are completed correctly.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients to maximise conversions.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure professional communication.
• Work closely with the administration and back-office teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with the National Credit Act (NCA) and applicable debt counselling regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven working experience with iDOCS – MANDATORY.
• Previous experience as a Debt Review Sales Agent.
• Strong understanding of the South African debt review process.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Computer literacy and accurate data-capturing skills.
• Professional, reliable and results-driven attitude.
