Summary: Dealer Tire is a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH. As a Product Experience Intern, you will work with a passionate team to gain hands-on experience in product management, data analysis, and user experience design, while improving the online shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities: - Define & Improve Features: Help write clear product requirements and user stories to guide design and development - Analyze Performance: Support A/B testing and use web analytics to discover what improves conversion, search, and the customer journey - Learn Search Optimization (SEO & AEO): Assist with technical audits and provide ideas to help our products stand out on Google and AI-powered search tools - Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, engineers, and marketers to bring new ideas to life and ensure projects launch smoothly - Test & Review: Participate in product testing to ensure new features look great, work correctly, and deliver a seamless user experience - Report & Present Insights: Build summaries and reports that help the Product and Leadership teams understand what’s working and where to improve Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - Excited to learn how digital products are built and improved - Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from experiments or web analytics - Able to clearly explain ideas—both written and verbal—to technical and non-technical teammates - Enjoys working with others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Google Analytics, JIRA, or similar project management tools - Interest or experience in e-commerce, UX/UI design, or digital marketing - Coursework or side projects related to product management or online retail Required Skills: Data analysis, User experience design, Product management Important Skills: Google Analytics, E-commerce experience Nice-to-Have Skills: communicator, Curiosity & drive, Collaborative spirit Benefits: Paid time off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution)
