Team Lead, Project Finance, Corporate Banking at DBS Bank · Beijing

• Lead the Project Finance team on origination and execution of Project Finance transactions, with specific responsibility for financial modelling and credit analysis & research work.
• Assess project feasibility, review regulatory and policy frameworks, and coordinate due diligence efforts with independent experts and consultants.
• Structure and document financing solutions, demonstrating expertise in non-recourse financing and Export Credit Agency (ECA)/Multilateral-supported solutions.
• Collaborate with industry teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of client requirements.
• Advise and arrange financing for greenfield or brownfield projects, as well as those acquired through Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure all project finance activities adhere to the bank's credit policies, responsible financing standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Equator Principles).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in project finance, aligning with DBS's strategic intent and market solutions.
• Contribute to the development of innovative financing structures and sustainable solutions.
• Leverage DBS's regional network and expertise to capture key opportunities across various industries.
