About the Opportunity The Data Specialist I will monitor and process interfaces for our Managed clients, working closely with customers to ensure all ongoing work is completed accurately and on time. You will monitor exports to ensure that all files are transmitted on a timely basis, and imports are received/processed as per scheduled time. What You’ll Get to Do
Monitor and manage import and export files through Dayforce, Dayforce Transmission Centre, and NuaPay. Manually process and validate payroll imports/exports according to the payroll calendar and standard procedures. Conduct first-level investigations for file failures, identify root causes, and perform job reruns when necessary. Generate and reconcile payroll reports and export files, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage cases and customer queries through CRM and the shared inbox, providing clear communication and follow-up. Maintain SOPs, task records, and documentation on SharePoint for operational accuracy. Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to support client transitions and interface monitoring.
Skills and Experience We Value
Basic XML and SQL skills (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Should be flexible to change working hours Ability to work during weekend if required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
What Would Make You Stand Out
HSC Holder or Higher Education Show understanding in monitoring techniques and customer service. At least 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing office environment
Other Requirements
Morning Working Hours / Mid shift Working Hours Ability to work overtime (Weekday/Weekend) during year end season and including public holidays.
