Job Description
Summary: DaVita Kidney Care is a healthcare company focused on enhancing provider partnerships. The Analyst, Partner Engagement will support the transformation of nephrology by translating data into compelling narratives and providing insights to improve provider engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen provider partnerships. This includes tracking key performance metrics and success measures for engagement initiatives
- Manage the rounding data database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of rounding data and other datasets to identify actionable insights and trends
- Translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives and effective visuals for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. Create data-driven stories that demonstrate the impact of our engagement efforts
- Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 1-2 years of relevant data analyst experience (required)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required)
- Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn (required)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (preferred)
