Analyst, Partner Engagement at DaVita Kidney Care in Denver, CO

Summary: DaVita Kidney Care is focused on transforming kidney care and improving clinical outcomes for patients. The Analyst, Partner Engagement will support initiatives that strengthen partnerships with nephrologist practices through project management, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Assists in development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes with Manager support. Scope may include tools, technology requirements, data reports/insights, training collateral, etc - Uses a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data and/or information in an easily digestible manner with clear takeaways - Works collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities - Assists in the creation and management of datasets, reporting, and/or results to convey targeted messages for a variety of audiences.
