Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in the Village. We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives.
TheChange Management and DeploymentAnalystwill supportsmalltolarge changeprojectdeployments using process improvement and change management methodologies.The Analyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizationaldevelopmentand clinical experience.This individualis expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the businessneed, andassistproject teams bycreating the support required to move people through the change curve.
This rolerequires the ability to workin afast pacedand highly collaborative environment. A successful individual willoperatewitha high levelofemotionalintelligence.
Organizational change projectswillinclude:
Partnerwitha Change Manager and cross-functionalteams across theorganization todevelop deployment strategies and collateral to drive the implementationandadoption ofinnovativetechnologies and processes.
Useorganizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans.
Buildreports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provideinsight andanalysisfor individual projects.
Developcredibleandpragmatic analytical approach and frameworkto drive adoption.
Adhere toastandard practice for change management and deployment.
Provide analytical assessments to better support and drive change throughoutprojectlife-cycle.
Ensure each change project hasthe correct elements to successfully drive awareness and adoption.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Change Management:Develop and deliver various aspects of change management collateraldepending onengagement.
Work with Change Manger to developand execute various elements ofchange managementmethodology,includingbut not limited to:
Deployment Plan
Communications
Sponsorship
CoachingPlan
Resistance Management
Training Plan
Change Reinforcement
Understand changemethodologyand applyit effectively.
Effectively engage with Fieldpartners to define, gather, and analyze feedback.
Collate findings from feedback in orderinfluenceor adapt the change approach.
2.Data & Analytics:Analyze, interpret,and QA data. Developcredible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption.
Use data toidentifynext steps and turns insights into actions
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities andis able tobuild reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on project needs
3. Project Management:Effectively manage time andtaskcompletionwith minimalsupportand oversight.Develop and completecollateral ina
4.Written & Oral Communication/ Building Relationships:Easily builds rapport within cross-functional project teams. Is collaborative andaninformalinfluencer.
Buildappropriate horizontaland vertical logic in presentation decks
Navigatecross functional relationships effectively
Presentcomfortably and compellinglyto multiple audiences.
Workclosely with field teammatesand developstrongrelationshipswith operators and clinicians to inform and drive project outcomes.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
